Refund policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Returns:
* Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including the actual shoe box.
* Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges:
* Free exchange for items if the wrong size or article is delivered, or if the item is damaged upon receipt.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the delivered item is correct but an exchange is still desired.
* Customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with the new item being sent for exchange.
Refunds:
* Refunds are only applicable for damaged or defective items.
* Kindly keep proofs and email us along with your order details
* Proof includes a clear unboxing video of the product showing the damaged product clearly.
* Refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the returned shoes.
